The breakfast was marvellous with fruits and cheese, for instance, and the team was attentive and kept the space reasonably clean. Excellent central location close to the attached restaurant, retail stores, and a shopping mall and a wide choice of restaurants.

The facility was clean and the room was nice. It was a good price in comparison to other hotels in the area. The indoor pool area was well cared for with plenty of towels. The cleaning staff was very pleasant.
One of the desk clerks, Judy, complained to us about her job and how "slammed" she was. Customers don't want to hear that you are having a bad or busy day. It makes them feel like they are the reason you feel bad. I had to call back because I left something in the room and even over the phone she was going on about how she was not sure she would get it in the mail that day because she was so busy - sorry to put her out.

The location is perfect. Near shopping malls and plenty places to dine.
Really no major complaints. I enjoyed my stay and would use them again. But one thing.. They had a small refrigerator installed under the sink in the bathroom!!

Ease of getting onto the interstates (close to both I-70 and I-81). Thought it offered great value. The room was clean and very pleasant as was the lobby. The location was also good as far as feeling safe and secure.
I didn't like the fact that by the door on the south side of the building there was a lounge area with a 'No Smoking' sign, yet that's where smokers would sit and smoke. The hotel even provided what looked like a bucket on one of the tables for their ashes and cigarette butts. I also tried the complimentary breakfast buffet and thought the scrambled eggs were tasteless (almost tasted like powdered eggs) and the sausage patties were chewy and artificial tasting. The rolls, cereal and waffles looked good however.

Breakfast was disappointing for being in a nice restaurant. The choice was not bad, but not much in the way of hot food. The "egg rounds", or whatever, were not too tasty.
